Professional sports and oil massage available in Hemel Hempstead with Ex Athlete. I have my own gym too, if that interests you and you need a personal training session.

As a serious sportsman, I've had a million and one massages myself, so lots of experience here. My style is to combine an element of Sports and Swedish. Sports can sometimes leave you feeling a bit beaten up, Swedish sometimes like not much happened.

Different body parts often require different styles. The lactic acid that has crystallised in your back requires a different approach to the tired feeling in your legs for example.

The first question I'm usually asked is what do you look like. I'm an ex track sprinter, sprint rower and powerlifter. I have no agenda and welcome all creeds, colours, genders etc. You'll be made to feel comfortable and welcome in a warm massage room enabling you to leave relaxed and satisfied at the conclusion.

I normally use warm Almond or Coconut oil, towelled off before completion. I'm based in Hemel Hempstead and charge £40 for 30 min or £65 for an hour.

I do ask that you respect my time. For the first session, I normally take £10 on a card (from the PT company) to book the session and the balance is due when you arrive. Alas, there are a lot of fakers out there and this deters them.

I don't do early mornings. In the main mid afternoons and late evenings (up to 11 or even midnight) are best as I'm not in the gym at those times. I obviously run a diary so we can work out a mutually convenient time.

There is a private parking space at my gym, only 20m away from the entrance.

I'm not concerned whether you are old, young, a man or woman,male or straight, any colour, any religion, Tory or Labour - everyone is welcome.

Also, I keep getting asked by people how they can best learn massage. I'm happy to act as a test body if you want to have a go!
