I have four years of experience in providing high-quality, tailor-made massage treatments and have trained in a variety of techniques and styles, which I can combine to deliver an effective and bespoke treatment for you.

I completed my ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage here in London 3 years ago. I've also gained certifications in:

HolistMassage - a relaxing treatment that uses a combination of techniques to help you relax, relieve tension, improve circulation, and reduce pain.

Deep Tissue Massage - a style that uses specific techniques to work deeper into the muscular tissue, employing longer, slower, and more forceful strokes to break down muscle "knots" and help reduce tension and pain.

Advanced Therapeutic Massage - I've been trained to use more specific techniques on target muscle groups to help treat specific problems, such as headaches, neck pain, back pain, and asthma.

CaliforniMassageage - a deeply relaxing fusion massage developed in California in the 1960s. Characterised by long, flowing movements, the treatment is slow and meditative, treating both the physical and inner being of the client.
