My name is Stuart, and I am an ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist in London, specialising in deep tissue massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. I work with clients who seek effective, targeted treatment that supports recovery, reduces pain, and improves overall mobility.
