Hello! My name is Cleo, and I am a professional, qualified massage therapist with over six years of experience, proudly offering my services in the heart of central London. My passion for massage therapy drives me to provide treatments that not only address physical discomfort but also promote overall well-being and balance.

Here are some of the treatments I offer:

• Swedish Massage: A classic technique that utilises gentle, flowing strokes to enhance relaxation and improve circulation.
• Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage: This treatment focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, effectively alleviating chronic tension and pain.
• Trigger Points + Stretch Therapy: A specialised approach that targets specific areas of tightness and discomfort, incorporating stretching techniques to enhance flexibility and relieve stress.

Before we begin your session, we will have a brief consultation to discuss your specific needs and goals. This enables me to tailor the treatment to your particular needs, ensuring that you receive the most effective care possible. I aim to help you relax, release any stress, and alleviate stiffness or pain you may be experiencing.

I use a light, organic fractionated coconut oil. This type of oil does not have a typical coconut scent. It keeps all the nourishing benefits for your skin whilst being light and odourless.

The treatment will take place at my private studio flat in central London.
