I offer the following types of massages in London now:

• Relaxing, Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage - £60/h

  These types of massage include similar techniques such as circular pressure applied by hands and palms, firm kneading, percussion-like tapping, elbow and lower arm press, and bending. The main differences between them are the level of pressure and intention. Swedish massage is the best-known type of bodywork performed today; one of its goals is to relax the entire body, improve circulation, and decrease muscle toxins. Deep tissue massage is beneficial for releasing chronic muscle tension. Focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia helps reduce stress hormone levels.

• Thai Reflexology - £50/h

  This massage is performed from the knee down using compression, massage, and reflexology techniques. I will use various hands-on methods during a session, including hand-palm movements, stretches, circular massage movements, thumb pressure, and a unique wooden Thai stick.

• Lomi Lomi - £80/75min

  This massage is one of the oldest forms of bodywork. It is a unique healing massage from ancient Polynesians and Hawaiian healers. There is no set format, and no two massages will be identical. The technique uses full hands, forearms, palms, and elbows in a fluid, rhythmic motion. Some have described this technique as like gentle waves moving over the body.

• Traditional Thai Massage - £80/90min

  Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called Sen and assisted yoga postures. Thai massage rarely uses oils or lotions, and the recipient remains fully clothed during the treatment. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet to create a dance of movement on the recipient's body. The overall effect is deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental well-being. This is performed on the floor.

• Tok Sen Massage - £60/h

  Tok-Sen is an ancient Thai massage that uses a special wooden hammer to relax muscles in a rhythmically tapping motion. This therapy uses a mallet and wedge made of tamarind wood to gently tap along the body's energy meridians. It produces penetrating vibrations that resonate through the deep layers of tissue and bones, relaxing stiff bodies and providing pain relief.

• Herbal Ball Massage - £100/90min

  The herbal compress is a standard treatment method employed in traditional Thai medicine. After a full-body, pressure-point Thai massage, the hot herbal compress is pressed or pounded over the entire body to soothe muscles and stimulate the vital organs and senses.

• Mixed Techniques Full Body Massage - £100/90min

  This massage is customised to your specific needs, combining techniques from the previous massages.
