I am Natasha, offering Deeply Relaxing Massage and Yoga in central London, visiting hotels only. I am available every day from morning until late, and I am flexible with timing so you can book a session when it best suits your schedule. I work mainly in Notting Hill, Kensington, Soho and Central London, bringing a warm, calming experience directly to your hotel room. If you want to drift into a deeper, more restorative sleep, I can visit just before bedtime. Massage naturally triggers chemical reactions in the body that support deeper rest, helping you access more REM and restorative sleep.
If you do not have access to a suitable space, I also have a studio in Marylebone available.
My treatments combine nurturing touch, conscious movement and sensory elements to help you fully unwind:
✦ Relaxing Swedish Massage
I specialise in gentle Swedish massage and touch-based therapy, guiding you into a deeply soothing state where your mind and body can settle. This treatment is ideal if you want complete calm and slow, peaceful relaxation.
✦ Guided Stretching and Yoga
I enjoy incorporating stretching and yoga into the session. This can be an active, energising movement, or a more passive experience where I guide your body through assisted stretches. Many people compare this to traditional Thai massage or “lazy person’s yoga”. Your body will feel loose, open and refreshed afterwards.
✦ Lymphatic Massage
I am trained in supporting the body’s lymphatic system. This treatment is gentle, detoxifying, and effective for sculpting, boosting immunity, and reducing lymph build-up.
✦ Deep Tissue and Sports Massage
If you prefer intense pressure or have athletic tension, I can offer deeper work, including Ashiatsu. This Japanese technique uses controlled pressure from my feet and bodyweight to reach deeper layers with smooth, powerful strokes.
I come fully prepared with aromatherapy blends (Aesop), incense, candles, palo santo, coloured lights, aerial silks, a bamboo frame, and organic golden jojoba oils. If preferred, we can use Japanese seaweed gel or a CBD, magnesium and chamomile cream. I love adding details like crushed flowers and Tahitian vanilla to enhance the sensory experience.
I trained in the United States and completed advanced qualifications in Japan and Paris. My certifications include both foundational and advanced levels, and I bring that knowledge into every session.
I will be in London for only a few weeks, and I would be happy to work with you during my stay.
