Swedish Massage (Light to Medium Pressure):
Using flowing strokes, gentle techniques, and warm oil, this treatment is designed for complete relaxation of the entire body. It's a Great Aid for relieving general tension, calming the nervous system, and helping you disconnect from daily stress.
Deep Tissue Massage (Medium to Deep Pressure):
Designed for those who prefer firm pressure, this massage targets specific muscle groups, including trigger points and areas of tightness. It includes stretching and elements of shiatsu. Minimal oil is used. Ideal for relieving chronic muscle pain and improving mobility.
Thai Yoga Massage:
A more dynamic massage using assisted stretching, acupressure, and yoga-like movements to improve flexibility and body alignment.

Monday to Sunday | 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Same-day appointments are welcome, but booking in advance is preferred.
