Since I can remember, I have always been interested in various physical activities, fitness, well-being, and generally healthy living. As a dancer, I experienced multiple aches and pains, and that's when I realised that massage can relieve pain and is the best way to restore the body entirely.

I began my journey with bodywork therapies over 20 years ago in Asia, studying various techniques such as Thai Yoga Massage, Thai Oil Massage, and Aromatherapy at the renowned Wat Po in Bangkok.

As the years progressed, I became interested in the more clinical aspects of work, and I decided to expand my knowledge and skills. I am now a fully qualified BTEC Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, holding a diploma from the renowned Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.
